The car buying experience is very intimidating, but Rany and Sandy of NJ Auto Sales 35 did everything in their power to make this experience as comfortable and smooth as possible. We started the day at their dealership and liked a car. Decided to try our luck at 3 other dealerships and could not find a better price for the type of car we were looking for. Like i told Sandy, i am never the type to leave reviews! But these guys were truly amazing and worked with me to be within my budget. Sandy was very honest about the price and the additional fees even giving me an option to remove things to adjust the price. Very transparent with everything. Rauny was very patient, asking me what i was comfortable with and was very kind throughout my time at Nj auto sales. I cant tell you how many dealers i went to and they tried being slimy and rude but these guys are very honest and have earned my respect. The only thing is that they were not willing to haggle with price with me which is understandable with my budget. My back heated seats did not work and they got their guy to check it out. They didnt fix it but since it is a fuse i can replace it easily and i didnt fuss about it too much. Overall understandable and i got my car for a great price! Thank you so much to everyone at NJ Auto Sales and for the great service. I am recommending this place for anybody looking for a car.

Came here to look at a Toyota Venza told the salesman that I was just coming to look at it bc I had looked at another Venza and I wanted to compare and make a decision. So when he told me it was a 4cylinder I said to him okay than I am your customer. The process was quick and fast the SUV is in great condition and I am soooo happy that I am referring my bf to buy a car from them. The customer service in this dealership is great they are professional and friendly. By the way it’s Yolanda Alvarado who is giving them a 5.
